The annual general meeting will be held on Sunday 11th January 2009 in The Presidents Room, The Queens Club, Palliser Road, London W14 at 13.00.
Location;
The Queens Club is located a few minutes walk from Barons Court underground station which is served by the District and Picardilly lines and is one stop from Earls Court. Parking is available in the club grounds and outside in the street.
Timetable of events:
12.00 Queens Club members Bar open for drinks
12.00 Buffet lunch free of charge to all delegates in the Buttery
13.00 Annual General Meeting starts in the President's Room.
